-
What do they come home with? Your puppy will go home with a small bag of puppy food, the collar we used to tell them apart and a health certificate from the vet. We also make custom go home bags with some samples and other fun items in them.
-
Are your puppies Microchipped? No your puppy will not be microchipped at the time of adoption.
-
Do you offer a health guarantee? Yes! We follow the guidlines for the NYS puppy lemon law paperwork. You will get a complete copy of this paperwork when you bring your puppy home and it covers genetic issues until your pup is 8 months old. We do our very best to breed healthy pups but sometimes things out of our control can happen. Your puppy will be vet checked before he or she leaves and we don’t expect issues. However, we are more than willing to work with you if an issue were to arise.
-
Will the puppies be potty trained when I take them home? Our Valley View doodle pups won't be completely potty trained when they go home with you at 8 weeks but they will have a good start. We pellet train them at an early age and around 5-6 weeks old we start to take them out to potty after every meal and a few other times a day as well. They learn very quickly and a lot of our puppy parents have said how easy it was to potty train them when they go home!
-
Should I crate train? Yes I believe you should! We have crate trained with all our dogs and it just makes things easier for sleeping and while you are away. Sometimes you and the puppy just need some quiet time! Our dogs have always associated their crate as their safe place. I would start out with putting the crate by your bed when you first bring them home so they know you are there and you can start bonding. Nighttimes with a new puppy can be a tough transition and this seems to help the most with that!

Do you have references? If you go to our facebook page you can see reviews from people who have previously adopted one of our puppies!
